Unfortunately, it's impossible to provide support to the application since there is no website or a troubleshooting guide available for reading or download. I have tried to download and install the application, but no file was found on the known search engines. If you have the software installed, go to Help > Help Topics, then switch to the Index tab and type font. If no results are displayed, then the software doesn't support font switching or replacing.
I used to be able to send a document I had open with Adobe to Client Profiles so that I could save it to a client. I am wondering if there is a plug-in I need or something that I am missing that prevents me from sending my docs from Adobe to CP?

It appears there is no available plug-in for this operation. Google or any other website, don't offer any information about Adobe and Client Profiles CX. I have tried searching, but no result came through the search query. I believe you will have to do the same thing again to see if it works. Additionally, contact the Client Profiles CX's developers and they will offer additional information.
